How will my bike arrive? Will it be ready to ride OR will there be much I have to do to it?

The nature of parcel delivery means that it would be impossible for us to ship your bike out in a 100% ready to ride state. What we do is to safety check every aspect of your bike before it leaves our premises. We then turn the handlebars and remove the pedals (attaching them back to the bike in a place where they cannot do any damage) and then repackaging the bike in a larger box. This in turn means that all you will have to do is to lift the bike out of the box, turn the handlebars back into their correct posisiton and tighten them, then securely attach the pedals. I've found the bike I want cheaper elsewhere. Will you match their price?

Yes, we can deliver to an alternative address BUT you must follow our instructions in order to have goods delivered elsewhere.
